Peter Byrne has been celebrating the music of Neil Diamond since 1992, beginning with Forever Diamond and later launching the acclaimed concert production Hot August Night – The Anniversary Concert. Performed with major orchestras and ensembles, the production has earned standing ovations and international recognition.

In 2020, Peter was invited by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra to perform Hot August Night at Dublin’s prestigious National Concert Hall, delivering six sold-out concerts. He has since been invited back on multiple occasions, including a confirmed return in August 2026. In 2025, Peter also performed the production with the Irish Symphony Orchestra as part of the 30th anniversary celebrations of Braveheart in Trim, County Meath, a performance he describes as one of the most memorable of his career.

A versatile and consummate performer, Peter is equally at home presenting intimate band performances or commanding the stage with a full symphony orchestra. His current productions include Classical Diamond, a premium orchestral concert experience, and CELTIC BEAT – Legends of Ireland, a high-energy celebration from his homeland of Ireland with Irish folk, pop, and rock.

In 2018, following Neil Diamond’s Parkinson’s diagnosis, Peter became involved with the Shake It Up Australia Foundation, raising over $70,000 for Parkinson’s research and now serving as an Ambassador for the Foundation.

Supported by his acclaimed Heartlight Band, Peter Byrne delivers premium live entertainment for theatres, festivals, corporate events, and fundraisers worldwide.
